ASPIRE YOUTH CARE
Empowering Vulnerable Youth and Children Across Australia
About Us:
ASPIRE YOUTH CARE is a youth and children’s resource centre/homestyle care service established by Bramwell Nemhara, who brings years of experience in working with at-risk youth and children aged between 8-17 years, with the flexibility to continue care beyond 17 years if necessary. We provide a broad range of tailored services to support vulnerable young people, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed for a stable and successful future.
Our mission is to empower and equip Australia’s most vulnerable youth and children, offering them the support they need to achieve a stable life, stable employment, and secure housing. Our services are accessed through referrals from government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and individuals. Funding received for each young person covers their living expenses, staff costs, insurance, and all essential care needs.

HOW WE OPERATE OUR OUT OF HOME CARE SERVICES:
Every child at ASPIRE YOUTH CARE is treated as an individual. Using a Therapeutic Model of Care, we tailor a plan that includes short term stay, long-term stay while we provided them with daily assistance through our support workers. We work in partnership with the Department of Communities, Child Protection and Family Support to provide the highest standard of care and ensure the best outcomes for the children we care for. All referrals in our Homes and Centre are made through the Department of Communities, Child Protection and Family Support and other agencies thereof. Our Homes are staffed by compassionate, considerate and patient people, who really want to make a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable members of our society who are our Specialist Out of Home Support Workers. All of our support workers are highly trained to ensure children in our care are safe, secure and treated with compassion.
At Aspire Youth Care we provide a nurturing home-like environment to the children in our care. This includes provision of the day-to-day care for children and young people as part of a therapeutic care team. The role is a live-in like role, consisting of 24-hour shifts on a rotational roster period.
At Aspire Youth Care Out Of Home Care Services we aim to improve the children and young people’s:
